Welcome to The Parents Hub – Term 2, 2025!

We’re so excited to welcome you and your family to our Hub this term!

At The Parents Hub, we’re all about community, connection, and fun – for both kids and parents. We offer unique services in a warm and supportive environment that’s designed especially for families in the early years of parenting.

As a not-for-profit, every dollar goes straight back into our programs and community – including things like rewards points for members (which can be used for discounts or gift memberships) and so much more!

Our mission? To be the go-to space for local parents looking to feel supported, connected, and part of something special.

When signing up for a term-based group, please consider any changes to your routine – like nap time shifts or schedule changes. If you select the Same Session option, we may not be able to switch you to another group later on. While we always do our best to accommodate changes, we can’t guarantee availability.

Want more flexibility? Go Unlimited!
The Unlimited Option gives you access to extra sessions throughout the week – so you and your family can pop in more often and make the most of everything we offer. It’s a great way to get even more value from your membership!

What to expect in our sessions:
Our space is cozy, welcoming, and designed to help both kids and grown-ups feel at home. While we love arts, crafts, and sensory play, we focus less on big messy play experiences and more on meaningful activities in a safe, calm space where children can explore and parents can connect. (If you’re after full-on messy play, there are some fab options nearby!)

Interested in our FREE Supported Playgroup?
If your child struggles with big groups or has any suspected or diagnosed delays, disability or neurodiversity you might like to consider our Supported Playgroup. If you're not currently a member and want to join our Supported Playgroup, please email us at info@theparentshub.com.au to express your interest. This group is designed for children with additional needs, physical or developmental delays, genetic conditions, or those requiring extra care – and we'd love to support your family.

Please note:
We don’t offer refunds for any sessions. You can read our full refund policy [here].

When adding childs age please put in years and months eg. 1 year 2 months OR 2 months. This helps us ensure the group is the right fit for your family.

To select your desired session from the calendar above, follow these steps:

1. Go to book your session below:

2. Select the service  you want (e.g., Mum Club)

3. Choose your preferred day and time  from the available options (e.g., Thursday 11:30 am - 1:00 pm) 

4. Click "Choose a Date"  and navigate to April in the calendar.

5. Select the start date  for your session between which will be the week starting 28th April.

** If you'd like to upgrade to an UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP.. now is the time, you'll see it appear as an option below **

Please disregard the 'minutes' - any booking is considered a full 10 week term commitment and all sessions run for 90 minutes.
