Motherhood asks a lot of us.

The mental load, the endless to-do lists, the constant giving to everyone around us.
Somewhere along the way it can be easy to forget about ourselves.

The Mum Reset is a special evening created just for you — a chance to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself alongside other incredible mums.

This is not another night where you need to learn something or be productive.
This is a night to exhale, laugh, reflect and refill your cup.

Hosted by our Founder & Director Erin, with special guest Sarah Viliamu from The Self Love Supply.

ABOUT SARAH:

Local mum, content creator and founder of The Self Love Supply, Sarah Viliamu creates inclusive spaces both online and
in person for women to feel seen, grow and be part of a community. Known for her authentic presence, she empowers
women to show up confidently as themselves and prioritise their self care, healing and happiness through her content,
programs and events.

I understand that if I cannot attend the event and do win a prize, these will be available for collection from The Parents Hub between Tuesday and Friday during business hours (not over school holidays).

I acknowledge that if these items are not collected by December 1, 2026 they will be gifted to a community member as part of our Mums Matter program.

Photo & Media Consent

I understand that photographs and/or videos may be taken during this event for use on The Parents Hub’s social media, website, and other marketing materials.

By attending, I consent to myself and my child/children being photographed or filmed for these purposes.
