Join us for a fun-filled Easter celebration in a safe, welcoming environment where little ones can play, explore and enjoy the magic of the season.

With access to our toys, nature yard, sandpit and a very special visit from the Easter Bunny — this is the perfect way to slow down, soak up some Easter joy and make beautiful memories with your children and our community.

Supervision of Children

To help ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone, we kindly ask that all children remain under the supervision of their parent or guardian at all times during the Easter Egg Hunt.

Please note that The Parents Hub team and volunteers are not able to supervise children during the event. By attending, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the care, safety, and behaviour of your child/children while participating in all activities.

The Parents Hub will take all reasonable care in providing a safe environment; however, participation in event activities is at your own risk. By attending, you agree that The Parents Hub is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Additional Items Collection Agreement

In the event that the Easter Egg Hunt is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, I understand that any additional items purchased (including showbags or egg hunt packs) will be available for collection from The Parents Hub between Tuesday and Friday during business hours, up until Wednesday 2nd April.

I acknowledge that if these items are not collected by this date, they will be donated, as The Parents Hub will be closed for the school holidays.

Photo & Media Consent

I understand that photographs and/or videos may be taken during this event for use on The Parents Hub’s social media, website, and other marketing materials.

By attending, I consent to myself and my child/children being photographed or filmed for these purposes. If I do not wish to be included in any photos or videos, I agree to notify a staff member on the day of the event and clearly identify myself and my child/children so that reasonable steps can be taken to ensure we are not included or are blurred in any images used.
