Have access to the Hub from 9am until 5pm!

$100 Cleaning Fee OPTIONAL

DISCO ROOM WITH PARTY SPEAKER - ADDITIONAL $40

OUTSIDE TOY HIRE - ADDITONAL $30

Bookings include an awesome balloon garland by Balloon Envy, large fridge and access to our amazing space and yards!

Have the hub for the day, host your party whatever time you'd like and cleaning fee is optional.

Please note, no refunds unless lockdowns occur and classes cannot be rescheduled

I understand that The Parents Hub sessions are nut free zones and I will not bring food that contains nuts to these *

I understand that a $100 CLEANING FEE is optional as part of my booking. I understand that if I do not pay the cleaning fee I will need to mop and vaccuum the Hub and leave it as it was found. If the Hub is not left as found, bond will not be returned. *

COVID SAFE
Please ensure that all activities are Covid-Safe and abide by current Government restrictions. We must maintain records for this purpose so please ensure all guests sign in and out on the forms provided in entry way. No more than 45 guests allowed inside the Hub. No one is allowed to enter the hub if they show signs of illness.

CASH BOND
$100.00

Cash Bond will be refunded to the Hirer, less any amounts deducted by the Centre for damage, failing to comply with security requirements or extra cleaning required (see conditions of hire). The total amount of the bond will be forfeited if not claimed within 6 months of the hire date.

The Hirer agrees to pay the Centre for any surplus costs not covered by bond, incurred to the Centre as a result of any breaches to hire agreement. Bond must be delivered to the hub at least one week prior and arrangements made to pick this up on Tuesday or Friday.

I acknowledge that:

- I have read and understood the conditions of hiring the venue including the $50 deposit process
- Where the Hirer is a company or an incorporated association, I am authorised by the Hirer to complete this application form on their behalf.
- I understand that, by signing this form, I am personally responsible for ensuring that users comply with the conditions of hiring. Should the users breach any of the Room Hire Conditions, I shall be personally responsible for any such breaches, including any damage to the Room.
- If I contact the afterhours TPH emergency number and I am found to be at fault, I understand that I will be responsible for all associated charges. L I understand that a $100 cash bond is required to be dropped off to the hub at least 2 days prior to the event and it is my responsibility to pick this up after the event if I have not broken anything or left the hub neat, tidy and clean
