Enjoy our beautiful hub as well as our fully enclosed yard and play areas.
Please note price increase for bookings made after 1st Feb, 2025 to $300 for all day hire.

$300 for ALL DAY HIRE

Have access to the Hub from 9am until 5pm!

$150 Cleaning Fee OPTIONAL
This includes rubbish removal.. if you do not pay this fee ALL rubbish needs to be taken home

OUTSIDE TOY HIRE - included

$150 non-refundable booking fee payable now.
$150 bond required on payment.

Full amount is payable two weeks prior to the event. Our team will be in touch with bank details for payment.

Bookings include an awesome balloon garland by Balloon Envy, large fridge and access to our amazing space and yards!

Have the hub for the day, host your party whatever time you'd like and cleaning fee is optional.

I understand that The Parents Hub sessions are nut free zones and I will not bring food that contains nuts to these *

I understand that a $150 CLEANING FEE is optional as part of my booking. I understand that if I do not pay the cleaning fee I will need to mop and vaccuum the Hub, TAKE HOME ALL MY RUBBISH and leave The Hub as it was found. If the Hub is not left as found, I understand that my bond will not be returned. *

Bond will be returned to hirer following event less any amounts deducted by the Centre for damage, failing to comply with security requirements or extra cleaning required (see conditions of hire). PLEASE NOTE: THIS MAY TAKE UP TO 12 DAYS TO RETURN TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.

The Hirer agrees to pay the Centre for any surplus costs not covered by bond, incurred to the Centre as a result of any breaches to hire agreement.

I acknowledge that:

- I have read and understood the conditions of hiring the venue including the $150 deposit process
- Where the Hirer is a company or an incorporated association, I am authorised by the Hirer to complete this application form on their behalf.
- I understand that, by signing this form, I am personally responsible for ensuring that users comply with the conditions of hiring. Should the users breach any of the Room Hire Conditions, I shall be personally responsible for any such breaches, including any damage to the Room.
- If I contact the afterhours TPH emergency number and I am found to be at fault, I understand that I will be responsible for all associated charges. L
